There are reports of the torture group attacking military members. What is known about this is that these people are commonly dismissed from the military because their supposed schizophrenia leaves them unfit to serve any longer. That’s a big deal. Not for that reason. Because the military does not recognize that technology like the torture technologies can be utilized to such a degree.
That’s frightening. It’s not assumed that the military has the torture technologies or anything like them. There’s no evidence showing they do. Reports from torture victims fail to support or prove the torture group is a military, American or otherwise. With the military lacking the torture technologies and also the ability to identify them in action it’s questionable that they will be prepared for the time to defend their citizens against the torture group; that future we know is coming.
What we do know is how the military will be prepared to investigate the torture should their official diagnosis on the torture ever be changed. They can surveil and document the torture skillfully. The military is not someone the torture group wants as an enemy. Especially not once they’ve been offending by attacking their troops and having caused acts of violence because of that torture. While it’s not yet shown to be that big of a risk for the torture group it actually is.
