The sound of silence is a literal thing with the torture group. They never stop playing audio in my experience. But no, the torture group has a sound which they play to express silence. It’s because the torture group wants to maintain the victim’s attention regardless of content. They believe it is more effective to do this.
For example: I’m listening to the female antagonistic voice speak and the thought voice is narrating the attack. When female stops talking but the attack is not over they run a sound which is silence. It’s a sound they call silence. It communicates in this instance that the speaker has paused but not completed her speech.
I hear the sound of silence when I’m sitting all alone outside at two o’clock in the morning and not listening to music.
The torture group’s audio torture has all sorts of quirks like this. Bear with me as I slowly remember them all.
